Anthony has further been contracted in Senior Consultancy and Associate roles in London and South East England. Anthony is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders whilst also having completed Environmental Auditing and H&S qualifications in the UK.

Nyandiko Fred - Architect / Design and Build Advisor
Nyandiko Fred is an Architect and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the real estate market and has worked with some of the leading architectural firms and real estate developers in Kenya. He has extensive experience in architectural design and construction management of residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects in Kenya and was most recently involved in the design and construction management of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation in Kenya. Nyandiko holds a First-class honors degree in Architecture from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Architectural Association of Kenya and a registered architect with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (BORAQS) Nyandiko is well versed in the development and execution of detailed project plans as well as budget analysis, planning and forecasting. He has an excellent understanding of the building codes, zoning regulations and best practices in construction project management.
